Kali was absolutely amazing with coordinating our two wedding celebrations. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we had to postpone our wedding reception from December 2020 to May 2021. Her willingness to help us reschedule things and overall kindness was seriously the sweetest as we were so stressed about moving our reception and overall wedding planning. Both celebrations went without a single hitch and it was an absolutely beautiful day. She made it look easy and fun! Kali is absolutely awesome to work with!! After 2 wedding cancellations due to Covid, we decided to cut down our group size and have a smaller (still 100 people) wedding at a family property. Thank goodness for Kali because we don’t know what we would have done without her. Changing to a DIY wedding instead of going through a venue took so much more work and planning than we ever would have imagined, and Kali stepped right up to the plate and helped us work through it all. Decor staging, planning, timeline, vendor coordination, corralling 25 members of our bridal party, moral support, powering through day-of planning an outdoor wedding during a severe storm and hurricane threat, I could go on and on. Our night turned out to be magical and we couldn’t be more happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommended!

Kali was absolutely amazing to work with!! She is extremely responsive and organized, and thinks of all of the details that you are not thinking of! Her attention to detail, initiative to complete any and all tasks prior to and during the event, and diligence to ensuring the event goes smoothly makes her the absolute best. I can, without a doubt, say that my wedding and reception would not have gone as smoothly without Kali's assistance! She took care of minor issues and did so many things that made the day run flawlessly. I highly recommend her!!
